Mirko Liebthal has been leading corporate restructurings for over 25 years, focusing on complex turnaround situations for medium-sized enterprises and large corporations. His expertise lies particularly in developing tailor-made restructuring approaches and resolving stakeholder conflicts. Prior to his role at AnderschLiebthal, he co-established the restructuring practice of an international auditing firm in the EMEA region. From 2012 to 2022, together with Tammo Andersch, he founded and developed his own company into the market leader for traditional turnaround consulting.
