After his professional cycling career, Arno Wohlfahrter played an active role in restructuring and transformation processes in (executive) leadership positions at market-leading companies. Over the course of three decades, he has worked across various industries, including oil & gas, wholesale, healthcare, as well as banking and insurance.

Most recently, he served as CRO, leading the restructuring of a publicly listed company in the field of plant engineering and the operation of healthcare facilities.
